Good location but..
Great central location, walking distance to just about everything. Room is clean but bath and sink area are separately located and ridiculous small. No phone in room and NO WAY to call staff. You call main line on website and they ask you to leave an email. You have to walk down to bar for anything you want to ask or need. Staff is great and very helpful. Bed is very uncomfortably hard. AC control is not user friendly and had to keep window open as was always too hot, and this was October. Overall would not stay here again you don’t get what you pay for other than convenience of location.

This place is fun and funky! The lobby bar is a great hang out. The room was clean (the shower was open to the room if you didn’t close the curtains) each floor has a water for coffee, tea and hot water 24/7. The bed was comfortable the staff was always helpful. You can do a self check-in which was soooo easy) or have the staff help. Walkable to the train and all the fun places in Zurich.

Staff was very welcoming and very helpful. Location is perfect! Just around the corner from cafes and a restaurant when we had dinner and everything was good. Train station jus 2 blocks away. We were there on the national day celebration and we felt safe. I'd like to come back. Train Station.

This property is expensive but definitely worth every dollar spent , did not need a taxi , just 5 min walk to train station and bus stations and just everything outside the hotel , great stay

Incredible location to access Zurich, and ld town, financial district, lake. The checkin staff was as nice as we’ve ever seen and made our stay wonderful! The waitress in the bar (Irene?) was also great and friendly. Thank you all!!!

The location is excellent, walkable to all the major tourist spot. The staff are nice and friendly. When you check in it’s at the bar area. The hallways are sooo dark. The room is beautiful but small, no fridge no water bottle. No phone to call the receptionist. We don’t have enough towels so you have to go to the front desk. The bed is comfortable and the shower is nice hot and cold. No coffee or anything in the room just sleeping. 💤 and showers. It’s not worth the price that I expected.

Hotel was wonderful. Great location, easy check in and out. Would opt for a larger room next visit. Standard room with a queen bed was a bit tight. Especially navigating around the bed. Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location.

Plain and simple this place rocked if I’m ever in Zürich, I am going to make a point to stay there. Spend the extra dollar to get the room with the balcony. It’s awesome.

The staff were rude. The room was not ready on time. The room was extremely small. The end of the bed was up against the window. The back of the bed was 3/4 of the way in the room. You had to side shuffle to get to the bed. There was only about 8 inches on each side. No room for luggage. Room was very stuffy and hot.
