An easy walk to the airport for an early morning flight. Coming to the hotel we walked on the outside. The hotel staff told us of the shorter way. Coffee, croissants, and apples were available, at no charge, for all of us early birds to take with us.

Expensive for what it is Not great service asked for wake up call for early flight - this wasn’t performed Remote for TV had no batteries and iron leaked water ! Staff checked us out at 3:35am and then failed to mention the doors to airport were closed until 4am - we walked back with our cases and then saw he did same thing to another customer - wouldn’t stay again

Airfield view rooms overrated!

Don’t bother booking a room with an airfield view- our view was obscured by a huge advertising hoarding! The room, although a little small was clean but the TV was a disappointment- the screen was dark and it wasn’t pleasant to watch- we were unable to increase the brightness.

One of the key reasons we booked our last two nights here were due to the convenience of the property being at the airport. Please note, this is not in the airport and you will still have a good walk outside to get to the actual property. We dragged our luggage in the rain to get to the property then told the tunnel to the airport was under construction. Then to top it off our room window opened to the ac unit on the rooftop. Very disappointing:(

The property was nice. The staff and bartender Jan very nice. The only complaint was the room was very dark. There were no lights. I understand people are there to rest however, it was poorly lit that you couldn’t see in the room. Other than that I would recommend. Very convenient to gates.

This is where you want to stay if you have an early flight out of Zurich. Easy access to the terminals and train station network on foot. The wifi was fast and suitable for remote work. The bar staff was very friendly and had a varied menu including Pizza and local cuisine options.
