good location, nice staff, rooms are nice and a good value. laundry is a service provided, in the sense that it is taken from you room and done for you. its very expensive. quite unfortunate. there is also not a microwave or fridge. the wet bathroom is also a little messy sometimes. overall good. close to tram. must shout out the very cool floor to ceiling windows that open.

Recommended place; very good

This place is really nice and super clean with modern design; we really enjoyed our staying there. Not very close to touristy area, but I can't say the location was not good as it was very close to Kappeli station. The only issue that made me not feeling 5-star was that there was not a fridge in the room.

Great room but flat pillows!

Great hotel, little out the way of the centre of Zurich, but friendly and easy to get to on the tram. We got upgraded too, always a good thing. Only downside was flat pillows, asked for more but they never came.

Modern room, quiet building and close to the tramway directly to Zurich center (20 min away). Indoors parking spot available. The room was clean, however not confortable. The room lacked airflow and was way too warm (although it was just 10°C outside). We slept with the window opened but still we were too warm in the bed. The room is pretty but no privacy for the shower - I would not recommend it for family travels !

The hotel is very nice and modern. Away from the hustle and bustle from city and old town. The staff are very helpful especially Fernandez from the service desk. He helped us to get around the old town and giving easy directions. Food are okay, there are hot breakfast which I think is really good especially being Asian I like hot breakfast.

Once you work out the buses, trams and trains, its a good location. Shops and eating places close by. Hotel itself is comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean for sure, but i was sharing a room with my sister. The bed was against the wall so in order to get out one had to climb out from the bottom. The shower was in the bed area, not a seperate bathroom, and had only a glass panel so no privacy while taking a shower. We asked for a shower curtain and did get one put up, but it was a crazy setup. The toilet had its own private space. The room was HOT. We turned the heat off completely, but the room had no airflow. There was a sign in the room that they have fans upon request so this must be a common problem. There was no way to open a window to get some airflow. It was a very " modern" room by the looks, but just a bit too modern for my taste and a very inconvenient setup in general.

We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws
