Hotel was lovely, clean and friendly staff. I would not stay again as we could not sleep with all the noise, fighting outside, sirens, honking. Room was warm so if you open the windows all you hear is noise and smell cigarettes.

Good stay

Stay was good. Helped me get oriented and recommended some good restaurants. Room was upgraded and clean. Breakfast had good enough selection. The location was in the good part of the city. A bit of walk from the station but Uber is readily accessible.

The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with cook to order eggs and an ample supply of other offerings - smoked salmon, selection of cheese, yogurt, fresh baked good, etc. Coffee was literally eye opening! Our only complaint was noise. The church bells and the party noise. With no air conditioning, we slept with windows open which was lovely and so the tradeoff was an interrupted sleep until the partygoers went home around 2 AM!

We were unfortunately very poorly during our stay. The house keeping ensured we had ample water everyday. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating

Overall, my stay was good. That said, the staff member who checked me in was not friendly. Also my upgrade was not available, which was disappointing. My room was clean but very warm, even with the window open. The location was excellent and central to everything.

The hotel is a 8 minute easy walk from Zurich HB or 4 minutes by tram #4 or 15. Excellent location with immense choices of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores (COOP, MIGROS) in all price ranges. Bahnhofstrasse the mail shopping for high end boutiques is a7 minute walk. The hotel staff is helpful and extreme friendly. The room I had was comfortable and had all the basic amenities such as shampoo, soap and lotion. Overall, this is one of the best choices to stay in Zürich. The tram lines are a two minute walk which can take you anywhere in the city

Bad Location - Noise

The Hotel is nice; however, the location is not good. It is located on a very busy road with loud cars, motorcycles, trucks making a lot of noise. You need to keep windows open is it doesn't have Air Conditioning
