I thought my stay at the hotel was fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located with everything in the area. Plenty of places to eat and drink and shopping is all around. Train station 5 min walk. would definitely stay again and loved it.

Dated hotel - better options available

Good location close to station and busy shopping street. Hotelnisbtired and in need of renovation. Closer to a 3* than a 4*. Gym is annoyingly off site and only available from 8am-10am on a Wednesday!. Rooms are dated - no USB / Cable slots. Location is good but that’s where it ends I’m afraid. Won’t be staying again.

The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the train station. Right in the middle of everything overlooking the river. Close to coffee, restaurants, shopping etc. The propery itself is well kept, clean and safe. Fun lobby to hang out in that spills into a restaurant and also into a lounge. We ate breakfast and dinner there (they bring in a guest sushi chef once a week). Breakfast is both continental and full service. Regular dinner has a nimber of excellent choices. Full bar is also available as is outside seating. Rooms are a pretty good size for an older hotel. Very clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We will be back here when we return to Zürich. Concierge service via the front desk was extremely good.
