Unfortunately, for the price, I was a bit disappointed. The area did not feel particularly safe. The room was quite small and cold. The bathroom was very small. But breakfast was good and it is close to the tourist quarter. The room was clean and staff excellent. I think it was just how much it cost for what you get, but O guess thst’s just Zurich!

Comfortable hotel in the heart of the Old City. Friendly helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast. Well-stocked complimentary mini-fridge. Hotel restaurant only open for breakfast, but many dining options close to the hotel. Small lift, but adequate for 1 person plus luggage.

It was not worth the money that I spend for three nights. Breakfast was awful I ordered an Omlate for breakfast was completely burnt. There was so limited food choice. The neighbourhood was very noisy on Friday night. It was hard to fall sleep.

The room was dated and had weird stains on the walls of the room. The bathroom was tiny, unless you’re a child, you’ll not fit in the shower.

Tight quarters

Online, room looked spartan (good, simple). On arrival I found it surprisingly small. No optional meeting room, restaurant closed more hours than open, so meeting there not an option, and even coffee in the loby was problematic.
