Nice place to stay when visiting the monarchs
Leafy, comfortable place in a park-like setting not far from the city. Rooms are well-furnished, if a bit dated. Highly recommend taking the guided horseback tour of the monarch reserve!

This is an exquisite hacienda style property that exudes charm in a natural setting very near the butterfly sanctuary. We highly recommend this location for its beauty and excellent service.

Wonderful hotel with a fireplace in your room. And wonder Erduardo comes to your room and makes the fire, and leaves you logs to add! The restaurant was good, and the chef could be seen harvesting the garden for veggies and herbs and visiting the chicken enclosures for eggs. The grounds were well maintained and well landscaped, the patios were lovely. A wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel!

Pesimo servicio, ofertan productos que no tiene dicen wifi y no hay, ni musica porque no tenian conexión a Internet, pesima justificación. En la reserva incluyen mascotas y te cobran adicional cuando te vas a marchar, el personal de servicio abandonó el hotel y no habia nadie que atendiera, apenas una pesona en la reception sin acceso a nada y una persona de seguridad, le pedimos de beber y la respuesta fue que no tenian servicio que el hotel estaba sin personal, pides de comer y no obstante a que estaba vacio el hotel se tardan muchisimo en servir, en la carta tienen varios platos que cuando los pides te dicen que no hay. Si quieren pasarla bien mal es el hotel indicado.
