Bathrooms are not made for partially disabled people, too small, phone charger you had to pull out the end table n find a plug, the shower head could physically hurt you!! Bed was very comfortable though

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillowsnwere the size of throw pillows. Everytime the heat kicked on, a smelly feet smell came out of the vents.

The breakfast was very limited. And the waffle mix had a nasty taste. So we made toast and the jelly taste nasty. Another customer said not to drink the apple juice because it taste nasty. The hotel needs updated. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cold pool and lame breakfast

The facility was clean and the people we nice but that’s we can say. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool that was freezing, included the pool room itself. Neither were enjoyable and the breakfast was very vague. Yogurt was outdated and they only had waffles, cereal and sausage biscuits. I don’t know if because it’s out of season the choices were limited but because of the lame breakfast and the cool pool room and pool we will most likely not return. We were really looking forward to enjoying that heated indoor pool to escape the snowy cold winter weather only to be highly disappointed

When I arrived they did not have a pet friendly room available. Even though I messaged the hotel through hotels.com. Thankfully the manager was willing to put us up in a non pet friendly room. Now the toilet did not flush well and there was a lock on the hot water to not allow warmer then room temperature for a shower. Not sure we would stay here again
