There was a cash deposit at time of check in. The staff then had to physically walk through the room to get it back. This was not disclosed in the Travelocity terms.

Smelly bed!!!
The first room smelled like a sweaty nasty person had slept in the bed! It was so bad i had to switch rooms. They put me in the room next door, and I could still smell that room from the room next door!!

Had a lot of issues financially so my stay was not perfect but it was not due to the hotel I do not like the fact that they will not work with you financially for longer stays but it is what it is I'm still here due to my work being here

Not the best, but it's a bed
No one was in the office when I arrived, I searched and called out for someone several times. Eventually I called through the app and got someone to help me check in. As for the room, it smelled like a smoke room with a little febreeze on top. Other than that it was a quick place for the night.

Wanted a relatively inexpensive room for a wedding. The room was as expected. No real complaints. The lady who checked us in had a fun yet spicy personality that we loved. The gentleman who got my room keys working again was very nice. Overall not a bad experience. I would stay there again.
