I really liked that this hotel is safe. Staff members do not share any information regarding anyone staying inside the hotel. We were getting picked up by family one morning and our family asked for us at reception and they denied any information to them. It actually makes me feel safe. The hotel was very clean, it has good a/c, the rooms were enough space for our stay. I like that the hotel is in the city. You are 1 min walking distance away from the main plaza, which was very convenient.

Front desk staff very good. Gentle .Fast service in the valet parking. Elevator failure. X Long waiting time in the elevator. X The room very dirty.. Cockroaches.. Very bad service in the restaurant. Overall nice stay. A nice hotel for the area. This hotel is a short one block walk to the Plaza Zamora and many restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was included and for the price it was a very good deal.

Location is great, walking distance to cathedral and market. Disappointed that the air conditioning did not work and there was rarely warm water for the shower. Staff was great, valet parking is a plus, attached restaurant was great! Just beware that the room is simple, and the bed is good, clean towels and room, but that’s it. I will stay here again but wish they would improve.

Noise levels
Everything was good, clean room, friendly staff, smoke free peoperty !! But noise leves were horrible. First night there was loud people all niggt long, when they finally quiet down, there is a motor or a machine that is loud all night long and this was during all my stay there, that is my complaint to the hotel. I will not stay there again just because the noise level.

See threw toilet glass door, I asked checkin receptionist we would like a room that doesn’t have see threw toilet Glass door, they gave me very bad attitude and said no, never again in this hotel, We paid for 2 nights, we stayed only one, it’s to freaky to have a see threw toilet, Concept way better for same price, or on a budget Ecco hotel.

1st anniversary trip
It was a great spot... Lots of things within walking distance.... We never use a taxi...just local bus service .. the flee market is huge... Best day to shop is Sunday... Movie theatre... Lots of great places to eat... They have Starbucks... KFC...Pizza hut... McDonald's...room was small but comfy included parking.. I wud go back

Filthy is a compliment
The front desk night staff was amazing. The rooms were disgusting and I thought I might have booked an hourly rate hotel by the condition of the rooms. We booked two rooms and found hair and other substances on the bedsheets. They showed us three other rooms and two had hair. We packed up and left after that.... didnt Care that it was in the middle of the night... I would have slept in my car.
