Disappointing stay at the hotel. Although the room was large, it was very dark with just one small window, the air conditioning did not work well, some noise from the street below and the decor, while modern, is already dated. The staff was largely indifferent and the breakfast was a shamble. Terrible service and poor quality overall. Poor value for money overall.

Nena welcomed us and went above and beyond to help us with the parking (actually she came with us to check on our car), also helped us with information about a marathon going on and showed us how to avoid the street closures. She is extremely helpful, kind and patient.

Can’t fault the hotel on any aspect. Stylish decor, spacious room and bathroom, lovely breakfast and excellent location. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town within walking distance of all the main sights, shops and restaurants.

We had a pleasant stay. I had problem getting to the property bcuz it’s behind a Japanese restaurant and parking is difficult to find since we don’t know where the hotel is. Once we got to the hotel and the receptionist told us where to park, everything is great.
