Room was okay mainly because the hotel was old. I would have liked it to be more clean and have a better quality breakfast. I still believe that overcharging for dogs is not okay and somehow this property was the cheapest in the area.

My actual stay was fine, but when I tried to check in at 12:30pm, I was told it would cost me an extra $15.00 for early check in. I have been traveling for 60 years and never heard of anything like this. I will not stay here again even though I come to Yuma quite often.

We’ve stayed here since it’s Microtel days- always great and very clean. I will say the beds are definitely on the firm side so if you don’t like a really firm bed you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise the perfect spot.

The hotel itself was fine. But surrounded by asphalt and concrete, so no nice places to walk. I liked that the property was pet friendly, but no nice place to walk your dog, except there is a pet relief area with poop bags provided. This place is fine if you just need a place to sleep and shower.
