We checked in to get some sleep after a long night of driving and had our alarm set for 10:30am to make sure we checked out on time at 11:00am but to our unpleasant surprise the staff knocked on our door at 7:30 am ,8:30 am , and at 9:30 am to ask if we were leaving at 11:00 am they also called the room somewhere in between the times given we ended up leaving the place at 10:00 because we just couldn’t take it anymore I will never stay at this place again

Just okay

Stayed one night. Quite location and pet friendly. Not real clean, cobwebs, spiders. Light bulb burnt out, lampshade worn with tears. Staff nice. Ok for a one night stay. Won't stay there again.

Horrible stay for a Best Western affiliate

Terrible service from staff. I don’t know if they were the owners or what. But the continental breakfast advertised was not true at all. They never refilled items for breakfast and were very difficult to get a hold of.
