Checkin wasn’t done right. Couldn’t use the bathroom room on the main floor till after 7 am. Gambling wasn’t good and expensive

The hotel room was really nice and new it also had a fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffee mashine wish i will keep in mind when i stay again but my main concern is the restaurant i went for the prime rib dinner on Wednesday and the sea food buffet for Thursday but after i order the prime rib dinner i will never return to that restaurant again it was old reheated meat i couldn't stomach to eat and when i complained about it they just took my food to the back and reheated it and brought it back out to me after that experience I did not want to attempt the seafood buffet

Rain Rock a delight to stay at
The rooms were clean and beds soft and comfortable. We were assisted by a new staff member with supervision but both were polite and answered all our questions.

Property is new and everything was really nice. I would definitely recommend, and stay there again. They are still working on most of the exterior grounds but there was no construction noise.

Turns out I paid for the room thru Hotels.com and showed my paid receipt but they insisted that that's thru them made me pay an additional fee claimed it was for incendentials, there were no items in the room for that. I want my money back from the hotel not Hotels.com

Hotel is Beautiful
The stay and Hotel was beautiful. We love local and visit the casino often the only complaint would be, we stayed there due to a recent snow storm and our pipes at home froze and I needed a shower for work lol. The shower in the morning was COLD which was a bummer but other than that the room was great and I’m sure it was just because it’s new we will definitely try again. Told the girl when checking out and she looked like she wasn’t sure what to do. Me I would have offered another stay free or at a discounted rate . But great job on the hotel it’s beautiful and gift shop is open 24/7 it will be nice when they start leaving the casino open 24/7 also
