Truly enjoyed everything about my stay. My only feedback is that the room smelled like someone’s pet. I love animals too. Rooms should not smell even if it’s animal friendly. We love this town and plan to visit again. Looking forward to traveling with a pet 💛

Terrible from the start, from check in to the altercation with manager. I could really go into details because it was a lot. Even with a discount this was my last straw picking places this this. I'd rathe pay the difference for my own piece of mind. Customer lost.

Good for a Short Stay

We had a late check in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the property does not have an elevator which should be in the hotel description. We are 3 older females with mobility issues so this was a problem. The desk clerk was very helpful. There was a first floor room that had become available after someone had complained of a bad odor. She allowed to inspect the room and we found it acceptable enough to stay. However the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned and the carpet was overdo for a cleaning. Otherwise the room was acceptable for a one night stay.

The night shift lady that checked us in was very accommodating. I very much needed a ground floor room & she was able to change it. The snack machine only took $1 bills & she didnt have to change a $5. My blood sugar was low & i needed a snack to raise it. The morning shift person was chasing her noisy boys up & down the corridors. They were loud & very unruly boys.

Terrible breakfast Empty bins, with just bagels, hard fried eggs..not edible, plenty of potatoes, weak coffee with cream that was curdling, just the worst breakfast. TV was loosing connection often. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Nice staff.

Rude and Bad Area

Was not thrilled with the welcoming when first arriving at the hotel. First of all, it does not give one much confidence about staying overnight at a hotel, especially with a moving truck and car full of stuff, when the front desk person is behind a glass window and you can’t walk into the lobby of the hotel to check in. Instead you are freezing in the cold with your young family, waiting for the front desk person to check you in. When I handed him our ID and he could tell we were there with a reservation, you’d think he could let you in at that point. Either way, what does that say about the area of he needs to be kept behind glass like that and the lobby is closed. The other annoying thing is it was not made obvious there were no elevators for the building AND the room pictures online looked NOTHING like the actual rooms. It was as if they stole pictures from the comfort inn back in Redding and were passing them off as a new or renovated hotel. Very misleading. Rude staff, especially the front desk clerk at night. Wouldn’t recommend it in the future
