Great hotel
We stayed Wednesday night into thanksgiving so there was no room service. There was breakfast thanksgiving morning. The front desk was friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was clean. We got a large room that comfortably held our family of 5.

This was definitely a, "you get what you pay for" stay. I have to say I was really disappointed because I like Holiday Inn, I've stayed at several. The staff was the best part. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Even with their friendliness, the reality is, this hotel has seen better days. The carpets in the rooms, hallways, and stairwells are beyond filthy. We moved from one from because of mold in the bathroom. In another room there was extensive water damage on the ceiling. The bedding was also dirty and stained. If you like workinh out there are a few treadmills and resistance bands but not much else. The pool looked okay but we didnt use it. Breakfast was ready promptly in the morning but I was honestly turned off by the cleanliness of the rooms to focus on eating. I don’t claim to know how the hotel business works but either close this location or do renovations immediately. I would never give this place a 10/10. I don't know how you could.

Old hotel
This is an old hotel that has been refurbished. Bathroom really showing its age. Caulking was old and dirty. Mold growing on caulking in several places. The breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen in a Holiday Inn. It was not busy, yet there was no sausage or scrambled eggs in the containers. Pancake machine had no batter. Only two cold cinnamon rolls available. I would not stay here again.
