It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. It was a disaster and we only lasted a couple of hours and left. We are itchy everywhere because of fleas or bedbugs. I left the hotel to look for a clean hotel. Don't waste your money For this hotel

Will say check in was easy but 5 minutes into our stay we found 3 roaches!!! ROACHES. didn’t smell good as soon as you walked in and the carpet and bed were DIRTY a quite disgusting hotel i don’t know how it’s still open in the condition it is in. if anyone sees this just spend the extra money at a better hotel because this place was disgusting. we luckily got a refund

Stains on the carpet looked like blood, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was not made up, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the floors didn’t look swept! This was the worst room I have ever had!

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay here. The room was far from clean — the bedsheets had a strong, unpleasant odor, and there was visible dust and dirt in the bathroom. Overall, the hygiene standards were extremely poor even for a budget stay. I strongly urge the hotel management to maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene. Also, booking platforms should reflect such conditions honestly. If the price is low, the hotel rating should also reflect that, so future guests can set their expectations accordingly and make informed decisions

Bathroom ceiling covered in black mold, bathroom door had no lock and was busted, red stuff all over carpet, there is no pool or hot tub it's filled in with cement, hair on towels, and there was no breakfast at all nothing.

Go anywhere else but here

This is a very bad hotel, felt very unsafe, very outdated, hard to understand front desk staff, bagged breakfast of cookies and granola bar. Stay anywhere else! Very shady people around the hotel as well

Someone needs to do something about this

Have the stuff didn't work lights and remote hot tub didn't work at first and it was missing knobs the second floor had piles of trash. Waist high... Totally not worth the money or the deposit that you are afraid the whole time you won't get back like this place did to me last time.

There was a dead roach in the refrigerator and when I slammed the door more came out. It was not very clean and the pool had been down for several months and they did not tell us.

Mattress too firm. Not comfortable.

The mattress was very disappointing. I woke up every morning with a sore back due to the firmness of the mattress. The room overall was fine, but they need much better beds for me to decide to stay there again.
