Good Stay!

The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. The hallways have a overpowering synthetic chemical smell and our children are sensitive to synthetic scents. We are an advocate to more natural and healthy alternatives for hallway cleaning and maintenance. Pool is great and clean, would stay here again.

Breakfast hours were different than advertised online. They had a sign on the breakfast door but no mention of different hours at check in. Waterslide is not available unless a lifeguard is in the pool area. Had “waterslide hours posted” but no mention of this online.

I booked a room for the water slide/pool. But unfortunately the front desk called a day before we left and said the pool is out of order. I couldn’t re-book any where else at the time, non refundable. Would not give me a discount because of third party booking.

The hotel overall is good. My only complaint is that there were kids running up and dow our hallway past 10:30 PM and while I understand perhaps the adults with those kids are responsible and not the hotel, I was surprised to see that the hotel staff could see them and heat them from the lobby and no one came to ask them to keep it down.
