The outlook of the buoding looked run down, flags on the flag poles was torn up. It was not a great fiest impression. In the hotel its self it was well decorated and nice inside, breakfast was great. The hotel room was below standard of a raddison. Ok decorated. There where many things broken in the room and missing cover plates. The worst part the windows did not seal and allowed the wind in. If it wasnt for the heavy curtins we would of left.

I was put in room 700 which is right next to the lifts which was constantly noisy. There were no towels in my room so I had to ring down to reception. The room really needs a lick of paint and a deep clean

The hotel is in a fantastic riverside location and only ten minutes walk from York Minster and town centre facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless, calm and comfortable. The car park was rather tricky to negotiate as it was so narrow and breakfast was a little bit disappointing compared to other Radisson hotels I've stayed in due to the layout of the hotel, our room was quite a walk and the view was of heating pipes on a roof. This wasn't really an issue at all as we were only staying one night.. all in all, I'd recommend this hotel and would use it again

Hotel was nice and clean and ideal with being in the town centre had a nice view of the river from are room the only bad thing I can say was the charge for car parking and the hotel only holds 25 cars so then you have to try and get a space at the ncp car park around the corner

For the price and location it’s a good option. Communal areas were clean and quite up together. Bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and things like toilet flush buttons cleaned better. Bed was big and comfy. No room service or availability to get drinks or food throughout the day time. Staff were quite friendly. No ‘big light’ in bedroom so was quite dark in there. Pretty basic but nice for a cheaper option.
