Very nice hotel. Very good location, 5 mins to the train station, shops and eatery places within walking distance of 5 mins. Staff very friendly especially in the restaurant. Booked half board, the food was delicious and well worth the money, 2 course meal and breakfast. One thing I would say, we booked the family room but there's no doors to the entrance to the bathroom and shower area, just doors for the toilet room and bedrooms!! Worth mentioning so people know. They should consider having some doors or blinds for privacy, but otherwise, very good stay and comfortable and convenient to everything

Only stayed for one night. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean but not enough basic amenities such as toilet roll. We tried asking for more but the man did not understand us. Quilt on bed was ripped but clean. Not fussed on the bathroom layout. No privacy whilst in shower and not enough large towels provided. Would stay again as a good location. Did not try the reasturants or bar.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had good selection. The lighting in the bedroom was terrible. Very dark. Made it difficult to put makeup on and do hair. Bar service was very poor, very expensive and service charge made when we had collected our drinks from the bar. At breakfast the table was not cleared of used plates leading to clutter and so we moved them ourselves. Not the standard of service we expected.

The family and I have no complaints, the suite was very spacious, well equipped and clean. All necessities were present. I’ve enjoyed the breakfast as it has everything you need, This was more than adequate.
