It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok. The food tastes like it all comes frozen and is just heated up. I can remember when they used to actually scramble eggs for the breakfast buffet😳 Most people would probably think it tastes just fine though. Overall a good stay.

This hotel was a Holiday Inn and still shows its age. The hotel needs an upgrade to be able to compete with other hotels in the area. The handle on the lavatory in our bathroom kept falling off due to improper maintenance. Carpets were filthy. I am not going back to York, and if I did, I would not stay there. It is next to an Interstate and the truck traffic is horrendous.

This hotel has definitely gone downhill. They are renovating the rooms but honestly they looked terrible. You can tell the poor construction they doing as it looks thrown together. The shower curtain was ripped and stained and just looked gross. The breakfast was luke warm as well. For the price we paid I would have excepted the hotel to look nicer also I didn’t like that the outside doors were unlocked all the time and the restaurant that is in the hotel had employees smoking by the front door which is disgusting

Nice place in a small town.

The rooms were nice the paint job in the halls looked like monkeys painted it. The air was on when we came in the room

property was new…so everything was clean and in great condition…just wish they offered complimentary coffee in the lobby as I did not see the coffee maker in the room (it was behind a closed cabinet…staff was great!

Left my Yeti Coffee cup on a ledge next to the freezer for 10 minutes, came back and it was gone.. It was full of hot coffee. When I asked the front desk, she told me right away that i was not getting it back.... Like you just know? The Cleaning crew is that Ruthless? Take it and not turn it in? No Guest is going to take a mug of hot coffee. House Cleaning was also rude, constantly asking if we are done from 9-10:30 a.m. the morning of check out. ... no 1st of all you stole my Cup !! No tip for you! Applebees was nice on site.

The only thing I’d change is adding a place to hang up a coat or clothing. We had a handicapped room and there was nowhere to hang anything up. Otherwise it was a great stay and we’ll stay there again
