It was right off the interstate. It is an older hotel that allows pets. Our room smelled like wet dog.

It is always nice and convenient when there is a restaurant in the hotel/lodging facility. When you are tired from the driving and don't know what restaurants are good in town, it is great to have dining close by. I also like a friendly person at the checkin desk, which we did have.

Reviews for this hotel were very good, and the price was right, which is why we chose to stay here . They are doing a remodel, our room was one that had been done. Bathroom was nice, new shower curtain, vanity bright and clean, towels were nice, but bath rug had dirt stains. Walls are stark white in room and hallway, very cold feel. Bed was ok, but it had that box spring noise to it! No freezer in fridge, as we had cold packs and could not freeze them. Cooler was noisy. Room was clean, and price was right, but lacked that warm feel in my opinion.

I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes at check-in without someone checking on me. I ended up having to the call the hotel phone number to tell someone that I was standing at the front desk waiting to check in.

The property was eaay to get to and convenient. Applebees onsite was packes but fast. While it looks like some improvements have been made, they did not improve the bed. If you like a super firm mattress this is your place. The hallways smelles like MJ on the second floor as well.

For being a full hotel for softball, it was very quiet. The Applebee's staff was also great. They had 2 servers but yet they were still quick and didn't let the stress show.

There was an issue with my room showing vacant after I was checked in and in my room. I was woke by staff knocking on the door I had to get dressed and go to the front desk with my ID to fix the issue I was not happy about this.

It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok. The food tastes like it all comes frozen and is just heated up. I can remember when they used to actually scramble eggs for the breakfast buffet😳 Most people would probably think it tastes just fine though. Overall a good stay.

This hotel was a Holiday Inn and still shows its age. The hotel needs an upgrade to be able to compete with other hotels in the area. The handle on the lavatory in our bathroom kept falling off due to improper maintenance. Carpets were filthy. I am not going back to York, and if I did, I would not stay there. It is next to an Interstate and the truck traffic is horrendous.

This hotel has definitely gone downhill. They are renovating the rooms but honestly they looked terrible. You can tell the poor construction they doing as it looks thrown together. The shower curtain was ripped and stained and just looked gross. The breakfast was luke warm as well. For the price we paid I would have excepted the hotel to look nicer also I didn’t like that the outside doors were unlocked all the time and the restaurant that is in the hotel had employees smoking by the front door which is disgusting
