So close to down town-we walked into town that evening and the next day as well. Lovely hosts were so helpful! Such a convenient location! When we cked out the next morning we just parking in the pay parking lot close to accommodations. It was safe and we felt comfortable leaving our car all day.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean , plenty of tea, coffee , towels and toilet rolls , the bedroom was at the top of the house , a lot of stairs to go up , room was too Hot , fan was useless has seen better days , a lot of noise from bathroom fan and fan outside and noisy plumbing , came home a day early , lack of sleep from the heat and noise

A Fabulous Find in York
Beautiful three storey bed and breakfast accommodation within easy walking distance of York's attractions; there is also a car park nearby. We were attending a concert in the Museum Gardens and it was the most perfect location within a few minutes walk. Our room was extremely comfortable and we loved the little honesty tuck shop to purchase nibbles. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very welcoming and super friendly. A fabulous find and we will definitely book again.

Beyond Amazing! A stay here is divine!
Absolutely wonderful! Top-notch in every way from the moment I arrived at this ideal location. Fiona greeted me, mapped out shortcuts through the city center, and carried my bag to the room. This stay is near everything, but not noisy. Clean and cozy rooms, soft and snuggly sheets, and a bathroom from heaven. Everything to like here!

Beautiful period properly in York
Lovely house, beautifully decorated with nice period and artistic touches. Comfortable en-suite room, plumbing a bit Victorian so needed a lot of effort to flush! No on-site presence at night, breakfast order to be made the night before, cash payment preferred. Quite pricey for B&B.

The b&b is nice, little off the main area of downtown but not that far. Good breakfast. The room also good not that small with windows! The only complaint is the lady that runs the place I think, she checks you in and does breakfast and all, when we arrived she was gentle, she leaves at 4 and there’s no one after that, but on our check out she wouldn’t let us do it later than 10:30 majority of places do it at 12 or at least 11 am, the couple next to us in breakfast ask the same and she said no problem leave at 1 pm but not us. We left our luggage and went back later to pick it up and she was very rude, almost like making us a favor to use the bathroom wich was in the basement. Anyway no customer service at all. We will prefer to stay somewhere else next time, closer to everything and with more caring service.
