It’s near the airport but in a business district great for a stopping point off the plane but to far removed from the city center to be ideal for long term stay. The hotel it’s self is great.

This my new go to hotel now away from the busy noisy city hotels. Aside from its nicer rooms, it offers shuttle service to and from hotel to Haneda airport and Kawasaki Train Station where you get on for other nearby tourist areas such as Shibuya and Shinjuku in few minutes. On top of these, it is less expensive compare to others with bigger rooms, cleaner, quiter and more dining options inside the hotel.

Great stay close to Haneda airport

Great overnight stay. Free airport shuttle is very convenient – – picks up from either terminal one or two at Haneda airport. Updated and modern. Very clean, and very friendly stuff. English is limited. The name is the Warehouse, so don’t be confused when you get there – – it is the same as the Skyfront REI hotel. Leave viewing deck of the Tama River. Nice walking path along the riverfront. Restaurant was good— has some Japanese options but is mostly westernized. Onsen bath was wonderful, along with the small gym. Would be nice if they had a spin bike. Buffet breakfast is great as well – – very good deal, and tons of options.

Love the place and the area especially! It is very quiet, safe and clean. We shall return if ever we are using Haneda airport again. The only gripe is the absence of buffet brekky which we often use for our travels to prepare for a busy day. But there are Convenience stores nearby so no worries! We did have lunch at the cafe on the first floor and we had an excellent meal. My pork katsu curry was super tender and juicy. The staff apologised for the bit of wait- more than 15 minutes which really took about 23 minutes but all good. It helps that I was really hungry. My other gripe is we were not told at Reception that there is a buffet lunch served at the 5th floor. We arrived early around 1pm and check in was at 3. We left our luggage and waited and around 2:30 we saw that Reception was accepting check in. We were the first there ana not informed we could check in before 3.

Walked from Haneda Terminal 3 to the hotel after midnight since there was no shuttle anymore at that time. It was not bad and we felt safe as we found people who guided along the way. Look for The Warehouse, Tokyu Rei Hotel for signage. We really got a good deal for the overnight stay complete with buffet breakfast and a hot bath. Thank you!!
