Great property

I’ve stayed st this hotel a few times and it never disappoints. Very clean. The size of the room was great and the room was very comfortable. Front desk clerk was fantastic. Check in/out was hassle free. Had a little bump going for breakfast. First time with the add-on and they didn’t have my room listed. One of the two at door started to get a little rude, then the other spoke up as he had found my reservation. Past that, everything was outstanding. The view from my room was great. Shuttle service to the airport was right on time. I’ll be back the next time I fly through Haneda. It’s a great spot for anyone that needs to ge close to the airport.

Quiet. Close to Haneda airport. Finding the shuttle was tricky, but convenient after a long flight. Next to Tama River with a walking trail. Nice spacious room by Japanese standards. I would stay here again.

Property was nice, area has a great walking path along the river. Very clean, rooms are spacious, only a short walk to public transit. only complaint is with the captain's grill, the food was good, but it was a bit overpriced and the wait staff didn't pay attention to detail, food came out later than other guests who arrived after. They brought dessert before my main along with the bill and they didn't know how to make basic drinks that aren't on the menu...like rum and cola

The property was safe, quiet and clean. The room was the largest we had during our stay in Japan. It was comfortable and quiet. The shuttle to the airport after our stay was very convenient and free. The reason why I can't give 5 stars was because of the difficult time getting to the property from Haneda airport. Taxis at the Terminal 3 taxi stand refused to take us (would only go to Tokyo). The property sent an email with instructions to get to the airport shuttle which we tried to follow but there was confusing signage and we received conflicting directions from 3 airport personnel where to wait to meet the shuttle. We tried to call the property but couldn't get through. We finally walked half a mile to the end of the Haneda Airport Garden where we found another taxi stand and a driver willing to take us. When we finally arrived at the property, we found a long queue to wait to check-in.

The most convenient flight arrived 5 am at the international airport so we book one day before and warned them we’ll be arriving next day. The hotel was 5 minutes away by taxi and we could crash there after 14h of travel from NY, have a shower, and sleep until noon thanks to their late check out options. A short, and refreshing stance to start our vacations with energy.

TThe service provided was of a moderate standard. I have rated it as average due to an error in the check-in process where the wrong date was entered. Additionally, when I returned to rectify this mistake, the staff member forgot to issue us new keys. As a result, we were unable to access our room on the incorrect check-out date. The overall aesthetics of the establishment were pleasant and had a modern ranch style. Despite the location being quite distant from the city center, they offered shuttle services to the main train station. It is a beautiful location, and I would still recommend it, even though there was an error during our check-in process.

It is a very modern rustic looking hotel. It is a good stopping point when first arriving to or leaving Tokyo. The shuttle system was convenient for the airport. It is not in a tourist busy location. The room was also a bit small; however, we did not need much.
