We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see the comforter was down feathers instead of polyester filled. And despite the other reviews about air conditioning concerns, we were able to manage the room temperature without issue. I would definitely stay at the APA Yokohama Bay Tower again on my next trip to Yokohama.

very walkable to various areas of Yokohama...very convenient location. rooms , clean, lobby chairs etc can do with a cleaning, but.....various restaurants and a coffee shop in hotel. Staff very friendly.

Excellent Yokohama hotel and location

This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are small but very efficient and modern amd worked great for 2 of us. Bathroom is well appointed. Water is hot fast. This place is quiet. Buffet breakfast is so tasty but a little expensive. The lobby is beautiful. You feel like you are on park avenue. Checkin was excellent. 2 family markets inside on the 4th floor. We loved it here and highly recommend it. 5 stars!!!

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are way too small. No where to sit except on the bed and if one person is standing you can’t get past them. Nice hotel spoiled by the room dimensions.

We thought we booked two nights and came back after to discover our room key did not open the hallway door. We had our stuff in the room. Went to thw dwsk to discover our reservation was for 1 night instead of two. Staff assisted us to book the second night and fortunately our stuff was left in the room. All good. One note though is for some reason the pricing on the breakfast was crazy high on expedia so we opted out and found something else at a coffee shop

It’s a budget hotel with very small rooms. Not conducive for plus sized people. Checkin was horrendous as they wouldn’t distribute rooms until 3pm check-in. It took over a hour to checkin as there must have been 50 people in line.

Everything was great! The only thing I disliked was the forced cleaning days. I don't want a random person in my room cleaning, when I already kept the room clean myself. Luckily nothing was stolen, when I was gone. But give me the option not to have my room clean when I'm away.
