It was stated that it was a property on the lake. While it was near the lake you could not even see the lake from the hotel.

We requested to be moved to a different room due to foul smell. Our 2nd Room was much better but we heard a mouse moving around the room the next night. Called reception and was told they couldn’t give us a mouse trap until following day. We finally found the mouse in a recycling box and moved it out in the lobby like instructed.

Bed was awful worst we had out of 10 hotels on our trip. Need to use hypoallergenic soap broke out in hives from the bedding and towels
For the price, I was disappointed in this property. There was no internet in the guest rooms, there was a hair on the shower wall, and it was noisy from guests upstairs and in adjacent room.
Great walking trails to the lake. Breakfast area was great. Check in was easy

This place was very quiet you could hear the elk bugling. The 3 things I was disappointed with was no wifi, no ac, the shower was the smallest thing i have seen. My RV has a bigger shower. But we were in Yellowstone National Park.
It was close to areas we wanted to see. Very nice complex

We had a great view of the lake in Antelope Lodge. The room felt clean except for the bathroom. Check-in was confusing because we weren't aware it was in a building different than where we stayed, but staff was helpful and patient in explaining while also working with their systems being down at the same time we were checking in. There's no wifi, and very poor cellular data connection. We weren't aware of that, and it made understanding where to check-in confusing and frustrating. This was shared by myself and the 20 or so other people waiting to check-in at the same time I did, a queue resulting from the system outage. Improved signage could be helpful.
We stayed in 2 double room in Fox, it was clean. The bathroom was small but fit our needs. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient, it’s on south side of park entrance.
There was no Wi-Fi here! Unfortunate, but necessary given that Yellowstone National Park is supposed to be untouched, but SOME Wi-Fi would have been nice! LOL 😉
The shower very small the room it smells bad and the food terrible and to price and no WiFi

Property is alright, clean and spacious, conveniently located to major sites in the park. But, there are no TV, no wifi, no cell signal. Nothing to do after you eat dinner. Stayed two nights, did not cleaned our room nor did the beds. The high price is not worth it. The hotels in the West Yellowstone town outside of the west gate is much better value. You can access the major cites from the west gate easily. I would not stay again.
It’s good enough to spend a night in and move on, dont expect any more than that.
Theres no wifi, not even in the lobby. If that’s your priority, I’d avoid.
For the price they charge, it’s not up to standards, but I guess that’s expected inside the park.
No wifi would be my biggest complaint
