The room floor was full of dirt and dust, shower drain full of hair. Having a starting business is no excuse for poor higiene.

Excelente ubicación con acceso a las atracciones que están cerca, six flags, oaxtepec, etc. Los alimentos tienen buena presentación pero no estan buenos, todos nos enfermamos del estómago, ademas de que el servicio en el restaurante no es bueno. El agua de la alberca está helada, no se puede usar

Nice landscaping, however, as far as the room rented, drain smelly bathroom, housekeeping was accidentally forgotten. no wifi at the room we stayed, (low range wifi), address was quite difficult to find.

Hard to find - call before you go.
The saving grace was the kind and friendly staff who tried their very best to help us within their limitations. Started with being impossible to find it. The GPS said to go to the exit but there was no exit. We had to go back and forth on the highway paying tolls both ways because the "exit" as in market and it was literally a hole o broken barrier wall. Doesnt look like an exit. Impossible to see it at night. We had to call them and the kind staff (bless their hearts) came to meet us at Six Flags Hurricate Harbour to escort us to the hotel. No soap or shampoo when we first arrived but was provided when asked. No night stand or light. Flimsy door. I would give this a 2 star rating. I paid the same to stay at the Sheraton in Puebla so not a good value for money. Picture attached of the unmarket "exit" off the highway.

Todo siempre es increíble, y más la atención de la Sra Paty, siempre muy amable. Hacen que nos sintamos como en casa. La comida deliciosa! Y lo mejor es que son Pet friendly, las mascotas pueden andar libremente. Excelente lugar para venir a relajarnos!

Fin de semana tranquilo
Me gustó la experiencia dentro del hotel. Tiene un ambiente campestre y relajado, lleno de vegetación. El servicio de comedor es bueno. La habitaciones podrian estar mejor ventiladas e iluminadas. La fachada está en obra y espero que cuando quede terminada sea acogedora pues es la primera impresion que uno se lleva del hotel.

La atención del personal es muy buena. Todos muy amables y atentos. El chapoteadero de bbs tiene algunos desperfectos como falta de tapas en los registros internos y desprendimiento del recubrimiento en algunas partes.
