Todo muy bien, pero en lugar de multar por quedarse después de las 12 que hay que entregar el cuarto, vendan extra tiempo a $200 la hora y puede ser que salgan más clientes felices , y aunque los cuartos calen lo que pague, si van remodelando cuartos poco a poco podrían venderlos más caros. Etc.

La habitación sucia por todos lados,principalmente sabanas y cortinas El agua de la alberca totalmente sucia, se ve que no hay ningún tipo de control sanitario. Está prohibido comer en el patio o pasto, no hay nada bonito cerca hay que trasladarse en auto a otros lugares, tampoco es bonito estar ahí. pedimos por la noche nos cambiaran las sábanas de una cama y que sacaran unas lagartijas que caminaban en el techo y nos dijeron que no había personal por l noche de servicio, pero que no nos preocupáramos que esos animales no harían nada, que solo hacían ruido, y no pudimos dormir porque jamás imaginamos qué ruido hacían!!!! Habían muchas lagartijas dentro de los tubos del baño y se salían hacia la recámara!!! El personal jamás por atención regreso a sacarlas!! Reservamos dos días y salimos de inmediato por la mañana. Muy mala experiencia!
