I was so incredibly impressed by the front desk staff, Sophia, at the Tru by Hilton Hotel in Yarmouth. Not only was she efficient and helpful, but she was genuinely friendly and kind. She gave us so many helpful suggestions for our day in Yarmouth today, and she was exactly right with every single one! Plus the bed was comfortable, the room cute and clean, and the staff made sure that our room was cleaned with a non-floral cleaner (I have allergies). The hotel is a mere 7 minute drive away from the Main Street of Yarmouth, and only two minutes away from the cinemas. It’s a cheerful, wondrously decorated and fun hotel. I would highly recommend it if you have kids, or no kids. Really. (We came alone, but I’ll be bringing my kids back here because there is a swimming pool!) Just a really wonderful place to stay, with plenty of parking, and wondrous staff.

A nice night say in Yarmouth.
Nice new hotel, very clean, rooms were bright and had a great layout. Looking forward to going back sometime soon. Breakfast buffet could have been warmer but it the job.

Clean and new, uncluttered rooms with all the necessities, comfy beds, easy access 24/7 tea and coffee (although no coffee makers in rooms but there is a mini fridge). Hot showers, great water pressure. No safes in room but property feels secure. Modest breakfast options but certainly fine if you're more a continental breakfast type. And it's included in room rate. Free wifi, easy parking, well-lit. Pool and fitness centre. The lobby can get a little noisy with the table games that are set off to one side. Friendly and accommodating staff. Overall, I'd give it a 9/10.

We have been to this hotel before. The staff are great and really friendly. They let us come in early and had our room all ready with a crib set up that we had requested. The pool and slide are clean and great for kids. The rooms arent fancy but they are efficient and I love the soap dispensers they have for shampoo/Conditioner. Great stay again!

No sound proofing in rooms. Sound from people walking in room above ours was very loud, waking us up. Never heard so much noise in a room at any other hotel in my life. We figure the construction may be wood as the sound is quite intense.
