ミャンマー日本代表のワールドカップ予選観戦のため宿泊。スタジアムまで徒歩圏内のため、試合前後の異常な交通渋滞に巻き込まれずにホテルに戻れたのはありがたかった。建物の古さは否めないが、掃除が行き届いていて清潔。スタッフもみな親切で心のこもった対応をしてくれた。フロント対応時間が明示されているホテルが多い中、24時間対応のフロントはありがたい。夜中のチェックアウトにもかかわらず、道路まで出て来ての見送りに感動。レストラン（朝食会場も兼ねている）の料理（炒飯と揚げ物を食べた）もおいしかった。徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり（ちょっとがんばるとスーパーもある）便利。また、駅が近く、朝、周辺を散歩するとローカルな雰囲気が味わえた。

オーナーやスタッフの方々がとても親切で、滞在中、安全・安心して過ごすことができました。 オーナーは日本に長く住んでおられたそうで、困った時には、日本人を深く理解して対応して下さり、本当に感謝でした。 また、朝食がとても美味しくて。ミャンマー・プラザやジャンクション・シティのチェーン店のレストランより、ホテルの朝食の方が断然美味しかったです。 設備の整った高級ホテルとかありますが、ミャンマーの治安とか含めて考えると、ここホテルのホスピタリティは一考の価値があると思います。 知り合いにもオススメしたいホテルでした。
