他宿泊者とのシェアルームなのでセキュリティやプライバシーといった所は自衛しなければいけない代わりに同部屋仲間での情報交換ができるのは付加価値と見られる。 同部屋共有設備としてユニットバス、冷蔵庫、電源コンセント2口、Wifi環境があり、宿泊時にフェイスタオルとバスタオルを貸与してもらえる。 施設管理のおばさんも気さくに島のいろんな情報を聞けば何でも親切に答えてくれたのは島の人の温かさに触れた気がした。
