Refrigerator froze life saving medication
Everything was fine except the refrigerator. I had important liquid medication that needed to be kept cold and the refrigerator froze it. Now while I’m on my trip, I have to have the medication replaced, which is going to cost me over $80 because your refrigerator did not work properly.

There was a cracked pipe under the sink that wasn’t apparent until 10:00 at night. Water poured into the floor and flooded the entryway. Unable to have running water for the remainder of my stay. No maintenance staff on duty. No offer for a reduced cost.

The room was dirty expecially the shower with lots of hair on the floor and in the shower tub. I asked to clean the room since I am staying 2 nights but it was not clean just made up the bed. The mini fridge was not working and the shower fan was too noisy to turn it on.

First night beautiful, good location. Only marred second night by hours of heavy footsteps one floor above us, and lack of sky view with all the lights. Decent breakfast, incredible sunrise as we left. I’d come back, very good value
