Beautiful hotel, just looking perfect. My experience was almost perfect. The thing to really improve is the customer service, I've asked a simple customer question: "Which metro to use to go to the Terracotta Warriors?". Instead of giving me basic info, they tried as hard as possible to sell me a full-guided tour for a high price. I had to find out that info elsewhere.

Exceptional service from this super friendly and helpful staff from every department. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable, as expected from this 4 star hotel. It’s the service and hospitality that made our stay 10 stars! 尹改利 who works in the restaurant is super friendly. I have never experienced this level of detail and helpfulness at any hotel. The afternoon tea included with our room was a cheery addition with fruit, nuts and dessert selection varying over our weekend stay in Xi’an. The staff is so attentive to our needs and have a pleasant attitude. They watch out for you when you leave areas in case you leave any belongs behind they will bring them to you right away. I highly recommend you book your entire stay here. The location is great near to the attractions. Our trip here was made more memorable because of the excellent hospitality and service from the staff, from front reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff, truly exceptional.

A nice hotel in a great location (15-20 minute walk) to the Bell Tower, metro station, and South Gate. Breakfast at their restaurant was a highlight based on variety and quality. Staff also speaks good English and is always there to help.

Very good location, within walking distance to the city wall and bell tower as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and did everything we asked very quickly. They could speak English. The hotel offered a great laundry service which I used a few times. This was self service and very easy to use. The hotel also offered afternoon tea for free which was a nice selection of cakes and snacks and a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.

I can’t think of a single complaint about this hotel. The room was nice and clean, bottled water was always provided. Slippers, bathrobe, and water boiler were provided too. It wasn’t good walking distance from the night market, about 15 minutes each way. We paid for the breakfast to be included every morning, which was good. We had room service one night and ate lunch or dinner there another night. No complaints about the food. There’s also a daily tea, which we unfortunately did not have a chance to take advantage of. Housekeeping noticed I washed some of my laundry in the room and wrote a really nice note to me in Mandarin to inform me about on-site laundry facilities that I could use. I saved the note.

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was good and there were different items offered each day. Afternoon tea was a treat. Be sure to make time for it. It’s free. Cleaning service was great. Lots of free water bottles, which was helpful during the hot days. Good location and easy to walk to many sites.

Highly recommended! Walking distance to places of interest such as Muslim quarters, bell and drum tower and city wall. Near train station. Hotel provides mineral water bottles in a fridge that we can pick up easily. Exceptional service at the front desk as they provided cold drinks upon arrival and afternoon tea as one of our rooms were not ready. Hotel is new and clean. Excellent deco and attention to details. Would stay again if we ever visit Xi’an
