The manager said to have the booking contact them directly for a partial refund due to a malfunctioning, squealing ac unit. When contacted, they declined. Otherwise, the stay was acceptable.

Very modern decor. Really close to interstate, so lots of traffic noise. Spouse didn’t like the bed but was fine for me. Squeeze bottles/dispensers doesn’t seem sanitary but the scent was great!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We only had the privilege of staying one night but it was amazing. The pool, the pool table, the inviting area in front lobby with plenty of seating. All day coffee bar also! It was a very inviting atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again.

the noise was horrible. It is 2 am and I am laying here wide awake from noise from the highway. Sounds like freight trains passing every second, although the front desk did offer ear plugs. I hear people moving, talking, dogs barking. So sad I need to sleep, passing through overnight for a funeral. Horrible experience, and I paid 230 bucks for this amazing insomnia stay. Avoid!

We discovered Tru properties on a recent trip and they make me want to travel more. We absolutely loved this hotel. It's new, clean, has spacious rooms. Every detail has been well thought out. Hilton hit it out of the park with these hotels. We stayed at another hotel on our way through Wytheville and it was a horrible experience. This hotel made our return trip a great experience. Book it now because word is going to get out and they'll be booked up.
