This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. This property was advertised as a hotel. It was a motel! We checked in and were sent around to the side to our room and we were the only car in the parking lot. I immediately did not feel safe here. I asked for extra pillows and was handed 2 at the desk to put in my car and take to the room. We got to the room and it smelled like an ash tray. The walls were filthy and the towels were dirty. We walked out and dropped off the keys and went down the road to the LaQuinta. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

After reading the reviews online, I felt like we were staying at a different place. The walls were filthy, it needed a good cleaning. We would have left if we hadn’t got there so late and could have gotten our money back.

I was fooled by the “excellent” rating on this hotel. The property is extremely dated. We waited outside in the cold with three kids because the room door wasn’t working. Finally after 10 minutes the staff member was able to get in. The sheets, pillows, and blankets had mysterious stains and hair balls on them. The toilet ran all night long. The beds were listed as “queen size” but were actually full size with queen headboards. The fridge didn’t get cold and ruined our leftovers. I have NO idea how it was rated so high. I’m not even attempting the breakfast. This is the last time I stay at a Ramada Inn.

We need the clean room for to stay after long drive & we got more that our expectations. Staff was very helpful & welcoming. Room was really very clean, quiet & spacious.
