Slightly disappointed

Room gets 4 stars as it is very comfortable. A broken heat lamp bulb and crumbled Goldfish crackers on the floor keeps it from getting 5 stars. Breakfast choices were poor at best. Bob Evans SEC croissant sandwiches, Hostess Donettes, small muffins, apples, pancakes, and toast/bagels are some of the choices but the coffee is very weak and the orange juice is watery. If you need a place to rest your head while traveling, it's a good stay. If you are expecting more, you will be disappointed.

The property and room we got did not look like the pictures at all. The room smelled like smoke immediately upon entering which almost caused us to leave. Then there are scuff and scrape marks on the walls from the chairs; the door handle on the bathroom door is coming apart and there was no ironing board. A huge kiss and nowhere close to the standards of places we stay at.

We had 2 rooms and keys were placed in the wrong envelopes. Door had to be slammed to close correctly. Breakfast was not replenished so you had to make do with what was left. Pancakes were undercooked.

It was dirty. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Only half of tv stations worked. Furniture had chips and cracked (all Furniture). Pool was very green and unsafe. Restaurant was ok but nothing special and short staffed. And All-round negative. I would never stay again.
