The rustic pine beds were nice, and the lady at the front desk was helpful. Very modern bathroom. The breakfast was tasty. The room we stayed in was configured differently from normal motel rooms, and the long, skinny floorplan made it seem small, although we probably had the same square footage. The regular pool was not usable and the thermal pool was too small to accomodate more than 6 people. The outside of the building was being painted while we were there, and the painters were very friendly.

The breakfast was not great. One of our rooms did not have a thermostat, the room was hot. We were told they would either fix the thermostat or bring up a fan, neither happened in the 2 nights we stayed. Staff were super nice. We will be back just small things that could have been fixed to make the stay better.

Third time was not a charm.

The room was very small. We have stayed at this Hotel 2 other times and those rooms were MUCH BIGGER .. so I was disappointed. The only window ( in this small room), which is big due to the original design as a Sanitarium ( lots of light) had a malfunctioning cloth blind so we couldn’t put it up..not happy about that. They said they had one on order. The hot pool was lovely as USUAL.

The room was clean and nice except the floor. I have a dog that eats everything she finds on the floor. I kept taking things out of her mouth..if there had been a broom in the room I would have swept and solved the problem Loved staying here everyone is friendly and helpful. Lots of room to roam with a dog right by the hotel. Lots of wildlife. Quiet place to stay. I will stay here again.
