Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice including veggie sausages. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay

The room we stayed in 103, extremely noisy, it felt like the windows were open. We did not have a great sleep at all, constant noise throughout the night. Breakfast was ok , but not anything to talk about. Coffee was stone cold, generally speaking Premier Inn is a better option, so we will never book another room , and infact we were in Worcester to look at booking 20 rooms for a business conference layer this year. Regards

Creaky floors

Whilst the hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the town, the floors are very creaky so anyone moving about in the night creates a lot of noise, waking people up. Couple this with early risers going to breakfast removes any chance for a lie in. It’s an old building with its attendant issues.

A lovely place! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a tasteful decor and pleasant ambience. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the station and just a short walk from the town centre, the location could hardly be better. Highly recommended on all points!

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Amazing Breakfast.

The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10.
