I was impressed by the surprised welcome when I entered my room. There was a gift bag filled with goodies waiting for me by the TV with a thank you note. They also served a healthy breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to enjoy my stay.

Unfortunately the "Decaf" coffee in the breakfast area was NOT decaf and I had it in the evening so didn't sleep a wink all night. AWFUL!!!!!

Horrible Hotel Experience
Horrible experience, 3 nights, no room service, sheets not changed, bathroom not cleaned, the room was smelly and when I complained nothing was done, it seems no one cares about whatever happens to some guests
