Horrible experience, 3 nights, no room service, sheets not changed, bathroom not cleaned, the room was smelly and when I complained nothing was done, it seems no one cares about whatever happens to some guests

Its an older hotel and you can tell. Slight musty smell but rooms are relatively clean. TVs don't work well and freeze. Called front desk and I was told it was an issue with their cable. They said there was nothing they could do and to have a good afternoon. Front desk help the next morning was far better.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good but, for the price, the facilities are in desperate need of an up-date. The lock on the door was wanky - I tried four keys before an employee assisted by showing me the "trick" which was to swipe it up and down quickly and repeatedly to get the lock to read the magnetic strip. The elevator was excruciatingly s-l-o-w. We stayed at 5 different hotels during a week long road trip and this was, by far, the most expensive and less impressive.

The key to the door had to be reset twice. The TV reception was terrible. The breakfast was terrible, almost cardboard. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. We were close to the back door which slammed every time. The only good things were the shower and the staff who were friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend staying there.
