Pros: Our room was clean and quiet, although day 1 I had to kill a bug in the bathroom and an ant on a chair. We had a king bed room on the 4th floor. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to attend a funeral and it was raining, the front desk loaned us an umbrella which was fabulous. The hotel has a texting service and they respond pretty quickly. Cons: we learned that guests are required to put their dirty glasses out in the hallway or they won't be replaced! Nowhere does it say this, I only learned it texting with the property. They also do not replace dirty paper cups sitting around; apparently you must throw them away to prompt that. They never filled the conditioner in the shower, I had to ask after several days of thinking they would notice and do it themselves. Housekeeping services leave a lot to be desired- I expected more from Hilton but they have now moved to bare minimum of services. Bathroom in our king bed suite was tiny- nowhere to put your toiletry items so you have to carry them into the bathroom each time you need them. Nowhere to hang wet items to dry. A/C worked well, but it was incredibly loud; it sounds like a semi-truck is idling right outside your window. I would not stay here again-- paying Hilton prices for Motel 6 amenities and services.

Friday night good. Saturday night not so good. Loud noise outside room 208 after 3 am sounded like a large generator engine (jet engine loud) with vibration which vibrated into the room and woke me up. Looking out the window, no source evident, but glaring lights from outdoor pavilion until sometime after 4 am. Hallways very untidy Sunday morning (saturday night debris ??). Professional checkout, if a bit impersonal.

Convenient.

Decent hotel right of the highway. Perfect for business in the area or a spot to rest on a long trip. The pool area is nice and pool was a perfect temperature, no hot tub or sauna. We attended an event in the hotel and that was well done. The bar closed early, and there was no room service.
