Too pricey for a mediocre service
This place requires a major renovation. The person at the receptionist wasn’t so friendly (didn’t even bother to say hi or smile). Breakfast was mediocre for a price, the you can hear everything outside of our room. I wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise snd pillow is not comfortable. I had a neck pain.

Sadly the room was dirty. The pool area was nice and made up for the lack of a clean room but I will say the front desk staff were extremely courteous and professional and kind.

No pool!
We brought our grandkids to this hotel, the number 1 reason we picked this one was for the big slide and pool. We get there and pool is not working! Kids were very disappointed!

The hotel is noisy. As are the air conditioners. We could hear the unit from another room. Staff were not unfriendly, but rather indifferent. The person overseeing the breakfast room was not attentive to what food items were in need of replenishing.

Friendly and helpful staff on reception and so too the other staff we encountered. Our room on the second floor faced the highway and as the hotel sits above the highway we did get some traffic noise that the window didn't block out. The room was generally fine, but the queen sized bed was a bit saggy in the middle. Not the best night's sleep. Breakfast wasn't as good as some other chain motels we have stayed in as there was no hot food other than a pancake machine or the toaster - and the only healthy cereal was a nearly empty granola container. But metal cutlery and china crockery rather than disposable plastic items was appreciated. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed - we had hoped to soak our limbs after a 9 mile hike earlier. Plenty of parking.

Very convenient location. Clean, safe. Only issue on this visit is the subpar internet speed. Making it unable, or at best, frustrating to get any work done when a fast reliable internet is a must.
