I think this hotel deserves a good renovation, because many things are unfortunately neglected. The rooms are neat and spacious, but the interior is neglected and needs to be renovated. The water park, as far as I've noticed, requires a lot of work and determination to really do it right. And one more thing, the staff needs to be friendlier, at least at the reception. They need to be more dedicated to the guest, and less arrogant. I wish them all the best and success in their work!

No working wifi, didn't even have cable. They had the free Roku TV channels and most of them didn't work. Place was filthy, bath didn't work and the pools were closed for no reason.

Water play area closed even in hot and sunny late May. Super small 27" tv had the audacity to not even work. Hot water didnt work. Beds were stiff as prison beds. Rooms appearead as it was stuck in the early 90's. Balcony inaccessible due to it being screwed shut. No phone in room to report anything wrong so the 10 min walk to the lobby is the best your gonna get. The worse part..mthere is one microwave for the whole dam floor! Yes one solitary shared microwave...that didnt even work! 😤 BOTTOM LINE, DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This was the first time after coming to this state for 29 years for this event i ever felt discriminated against.when first arriving waited in checkin line for an hour and 45 minutes before the power going out The managers of the establishment was really rude and when you ask questions not very knowlegeable. It was alot of people upset but Unfortunately i was used as an example.and was refused after pre registering making my reservations in january a room . Because of me asking questions and voicing my opinion. Eventhough i wasnt the only one complaining asking if we we were going to be compensated in anyway he said he was not going to give me a room. I believe it was unprofessional and i really hate to say it but i believe it was because my skin color you had to be there to understand .This individual who claim he was the upper management after i asked could i speak to someone higher because he could not handle the pressure ofpeople complaing he stated i am and you still not getting a room get out my line. No one should be treated in such manner he didnt even want to give me paperwork stating he was canceling the room. Its people like that that makes businesses go under
