The property had a unsafe feel to it The room wasnt exceptionally clean. Bathroom wasnt the best in cleanliness and the door didnt latch. The was a crack in the shower wall. Overall it was a very cheap half fixed property. Wont stay there again!

Fees and hot tub

They jipped me once of the 50 dollar incidental fee for no good reason and now charge same this time. There is and was no reason not to return my money to me. I have stayed every time i go to the dells. Not again. Then they closed hot tub for maintenance on a holiday weekend with nothing wrong with it. They even said that. Again, not staying again in the future. Others were also very upset with fee and hot tub situations. So upset about this.

DIRTY!!

Hotel is dirty and outdated. Bedding had multiple yellow and brown stains on it. When we called the front desk and we told “no full sets available”. There was not enough open parking spots for registered guests. Room was very dusty, hair on floors, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.

The rooms were refurbished but very very very small. Solid TV channels and a pool that is a good sized indoor kidney shaped. The hot tub has been closed for a long long long time. Kind check in. Very noisy in the hallway. Cheap and clean bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is cold cereal and bread. Carbful.
