Check in staff was friendly, quick. Location was convenient, outside of the busy Dells area but with plenty of restaurant options and a nice downtown area. Overall a clean and safe place with an immaculate pool and hot tub.

Family and I liked the outside property and convenience of what was near. We liked how staff from housekeeping, breakfast staff to Mann at front desk was friendly. We didn't like how the room and hotel was in bad shape. Shower curtain, shower, hair dryer, sheets and crack on the walls were dusty and in bad shape. Everytime the shower was on, the smoke detector kept going off. Even after with asking for another battery it kept going off when someone in the family showered which was very suspicious. The tv is nice and decent size but it ruined it with the screen resolution/quality was garbage/awful. The pool looked dusty/foggy compared to other hotels indoor pools we've been to and seen. The 2 things that ruined our pool time was seeing black haired pubes floating and the door to and from the pool. We weren't the only ones that had trouble getting out of the door since the push part of it got stuck and took more than like 2/3 times of pushing to finally get it opened unless another fellow person staying at the hotel happened to be there to help open the door.

Noisy people complained numerous of times also morning room cleaners knocked at my door like the place was on fire just to tell me I had to be checked out at 11:00 horrible time never again I switched hotel the very next day never ever again!!!

The great price for the King room, the friendly check-in. We needed to return to our room after checking out( 30) minutes later. Front desk clerk was very understanding and opened up the room for us to retrieve some items. The hot tub and pool area were very clean and no overbearing odor of bleach or chlorine. Breakfast was adequate with the usual selection and the area was also very clean. We will definitely stay when back in the area. Thanks for everything !!

WIFI didn’t work and no one at desk in evening yo talk to about it. One ice machine for 3 floors 3rd floor one had an arrow pointing down so not even trying to fix it! Ran out of ice by 7 pm.

The Ho-Chunk Casino nearby made it fun

This was definitely overpriced for the quality of the room & and the hotel. But there was a local car show happening this same time, so that was probably a cause. Lucky to get this last room.
