We checked into the room after a long motorcycle ride in the heat and were exhausted. We found the shower curtain had been ripped out of the wall laying on the bathroom floor. Staff was notified and immediately came to look into the issue. Unfortunately, maintenance was gone for the day, and we were offered to move to another room. We were tired and decided not to move and deal with the shower curtain. Upon check out the front desk staff notified us that the room rate was being refunded to us due to the issue. This was a pleasant surprise and appreciated.

I choose this hotel for the free Noah’s Ark passes, and price. Location wasnt too far from the park. Overall the hotel was very clean and the indoor pool was warm (including the pool room). The indoor sauna did not work and no signs to indicate so (down fall after a day walking around and enjoying the waterpark). Breakfast was alright, but Denny’s is next door :) The lady who put our waterpark wrist bands on didnt do a good job. When i noticed this and asked if i can do it myself, she said it was “hotel policy” that she does it. My bracelet ended up falling off and unable to obtain a replacement.

Great staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and quiet and peaceful. Also the water in pool and hit tub were clean and warm water. Definitely would recommend them and stay there again

The rooms are very nice - the indoor pool needs some TLC and so does the outdoor area - the gates and doors were broken, and we had to walk around. There was a homeless man out by the outside pool in the morning and approached me and my daughter - he was not a guest. The breakfast area is in the lobby and is a long walk and over crowded but they do their best to make it easy for everyone.

I didn't have high hope for this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was great, bed were comfortably, and pool area was nice. The hotel is a little older but we would stay there again.

Very clean room. Too many guests for size of breakfast facility so can't get foof in a timely manner. Ice machines were not conveniently licated and none was on our floor. Location was good but grounds were in disrepair.

The property was fine. The carpets were disgustingly dirty. and housekeeping had to be called to change the bed linens because they don't offer that on a daily basis. They don't even pick up towels and replace unless requested. We stayed for 4 nights. The pools were nice.
