The staff was pleasant but our room had a Q-tip under the bottom sheet of one of the beds. Our shower never got hot. We booked four people and only had towels for 3 people. The Q-tip was the worse thing and we didn’t notice it until morning. Yuck!

Hurricane Escape
We escaped the coast and headed for Winter Haven. Our hotel stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful, very large, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. The staff was excellent.
