Nice hotel except direction & signage is lacking. Parking in the parkade is confusing if you’re a hotel guest. Signage is lacking on how to pay, how to get to hotel lobby etc. we had lots of luggage and was confused on how to get around. Frustrating. But hotel itself was good. (Elevator was fast and made me nauseous!)

I like the convenience of being close to the Canada Life Centre & the skywalk to it. Staff were very friendly & helpful. There were a few hairs in the bathtub but overall the room was very clean.

Room was very clean and organized. Location was perfect for our event. The restaurant experience the next morning was not the best. The waitress was super busy and NOT HER FAULT AT ALL, we wanted a menu and took almost 20 minutes to get one....our coffee was full of coffee grounds and have never had eggs Benedict with a "fried" bread. Wasn't very pleasant. But everything else was good.

Very nice room. Clean, comfy bed, good pillows. The view from the 22nd floor reminded me of looking out on downtown Detroit. That's not a compliment.

The shower was scalding hot so we couldn’t shower before the concert. They fixed it quickly but the tub was filthy after they did the work. No one cleaned it. People smoking in the elevator parking lobby as it’s heated. Skywalk was closed till 6. So couldn’t tunnel to get food or go to an eat without going outside which isn’t overly comfy.
