I have stayed at many other Holiday Inn locations and other hotels and this is kind of lowest ranking on my list specially due to parking. If you are parked on level 2, then (as mentioned by the staff) the only way to get your bags to lobby or from lobby to parking is via stairs. I did see a senior citizen (I think 65 age) tired because of the stairs (I offered to help him with bags but he declined).
