Fire alarm went off twice during my four day visit

The hotel was conveniently located. The Waite staff at the restaurant was very courteous and responsive. Very limited selection in their menu. But the food was good. The recreational room was OK. Screens on the treadmills didn’t work. The fire alarm went off twice while I was there. The first time was Friday morning at 9 AM. The second time was just after I went to bed at 9:30 PM during the Super Bowl. I had to get up at 3 AM to travel. Quite frustrating. Both times we spent a long time in the lobby, waiting to get back to our rooms and the sirens blaring. Others who had stayed there at previous years said this wasn’t a unique occurrence. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again next year when I return.

It’s an older building so I know they can’t help it but the parking garage is crumbling = dangerous? The night time desk host was NOT helpful and hard to understand because of his accent and he mumbled so quietly and NO I’m not hard of hearing

Awesome staff, clean rooms. Water quality was questionable, but that had more to do with the city than the hotel. Bar on site was good and quiet, pool was a good temperature.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Great! Lovely staff, clean, buffet for breakfast had a lot of healthy options. The pool and hot tub were very warm. All clean, definitely will go there next time too!
