My stay was only one night, but I found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful - from my first interaction upon arrival through to my departure - everyone with whom I interacted was very professional. My room (430) was neat, and met expectation, although the hallways were rather dim, and not as updated as the rooms. Some additional attention to vacuuming and dusting could be displayed. The distance to downtown is manageable ($12 Uber ride). Given the hotel is near the airport, there aren't many local services (coffee shops, places to get food) within walking distance, but the hotel shuttle can be requested to transport short distances (drop off, not pick up). Overall, I would certainly recommend, especially given how lovely the staff were.

Nice hotel but the air conditioner in our room was so so loud we could barely sleep and we were only there for a handful of hours before going to the airport. It was a bad night for sleep. Staff was very nice checking in, room was clean and the bathroom amenities were great. But wow I can't believe how loud the air conditioner was and barely any cool air.

The reception and lobby area seemed to have been refurbished which was nice. The rest of the hotel is looking tired, including the bedrooms. Bedrooms are noisy, with a lot of noise coming from other guests in neighbouring rooms and through the corridor. There was a fridge and the alarm clock in the room - both made a lot of noise throughout the night and had to be unplugged to get any sleep. Beds not that comfortable either. Parking was good, proximity to the airport was about a seven minute drive.

Didn't like that security lock was broken had no knob so you could lock door.shower handle coming off.had no shampoo,but gave conditioner,lazy staff for that one.should havesome sort of restaurant so if late arriving you can get so.ething to eat.been coming there for many years starting to lose some of its charm.not as good as once was,slipping
