When I arrived I was not real comfortable leaving my care unattended in the parking lot due to the people hanging around outside. I was assured they had many cameras and it was safe. There were many people that appeared to be "living" in the hotel. There was what appeared to be homeless people sleeping in the vending machine area in the morning. They had no shampoo, the ice machine on the first floor was broken, can only use the front door so anyone with mobility issues will have difficulties. The room itself was clean but the hallways felt like a prison. Would not recommend.

It would be helpful to put a height on the front overhang as we hit it with our rv and we understand it was not the first time. :( Overall clean and new painting being done. Helpful staff Bathroom door unable to close it without using some force. Difficult then to open again.

Key cards wouldn't work. Roof leaking into hall outside of our room. No stoppers for both sink and bath tub. Bath hot water valve is leaking. Shower water temp fluctuating from scolding to cold. Unable to control room temperature, only had fan. Appears heat was shut off.

The front desk gentleman was EXTREMELY helpful. Since there was no elevator he helped with my bags. We also noticed lots of homeless loitering around the property and he assured us our vehicle would be safe as he pointed it out on his security camera. We were constantly killing bugs in the bathroom. We did find the noise easily travelled around the hallways and room to room. We were looking for affordability but we sacrificed peace of mind. Never again!

The unit inside was nice, we had a pool view. Washroom was a little tight, staff were very nice and helpful. The area itself didn’t seem too safe/clean, lots of signs to make sure all your belongings are out of sight in the car which we haven’t gotten anywhere else. Places to eat, need to travel a bit
