Hotel staff was super friendly. From front desk to random staff throughout the building. Check in was excellent and they accommodated our requests. Rooms were clean. Some wear as expected. Queen suites were very comfortable and well set up. Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Pool was clean, towels always available. However, the level of chemicals were very high and cause respiratory distress to two party members and sore eyes to all members within 30-45 minutes. K Lots of fun had, hotel was very clean and excellent staff!! Would return and recommend.

We celebrated my mom's 50th birthday and when we arrived staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed that they cared and made us feel welcomed. We had a great weekend there. Will definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

The staff and management are among the best I have ever seen. I travel quite often for work and this is definitely one of the best. The hotel sent me a Christmas card with chocolate on the Christmas Day which made me feel so welcomed and accompanied. Please give the hotel staff a raise for their thoughtfulness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bathmat for the bathtub and had a hand bars as a safety feature for getting in and out of the tub. There was also a phone in the bathroom to be able to call for help if needed. The breakfast that was provided was excellent and was accommodating with my dietary needs.
