Broken glass in parking lot from substance abusers on second floor who threw beer bottles off balconies along with a chair. Good thing I parked my car out front or it would have been hit and or tires punctured. Place was full of drunks and substance abusers… perhaps the city was putting up homeless people there? Shouting and doors slamming/ banging all night. Motel Hell. You get what you pay for, but this was the worst motel experience I have ever had.

This is an older facility. It is a good value for the price. Overall it is redone and tidy. The common areas were well kept and the room was clean. There is no elevator so would not recommend for anyone who can not use the stairs. The staff is friendly. This was the second time staying there and will definitely book here again. Good place if you are only needing a bed and bathroom. There is a complimentary breakfast which was good - standard 2 eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast, coffee included. A local band played in the lounge. They were pretty good.

The room was on top of night club super Noisy could not go to sleep until 4 AM and they would not move us to a different room The breakfast was less than reasonable one small dish no refill no juice no coffee only water was available with the breakfast. And there no hot water in the shower when I went down to ask the manager she says sometimes hot water runs out in the houses so we should except that the hotel you are paying money to stay at. And the room was stinky and I seen some insects on the floor

The room we were in was quiet with plenty of room for parking the trailer we were pulling. Everything was tidy in the room. The only downer was the carpet was in serious need of deep cleaning! Hopefully it'll be done before my next visit....

This is the first time I've left a review. It was dirty in bathroom around toilet and under sink. The worse part was going in the bathroom in the morning, to find a bunch of bugs. Not acceptable considering we have stayed there 6 times or more.

Both positives and negatives. The positives. A beautiful park across the street and the size of the complimentary breakfast is a sight to be seen. Make sure to bring an appetite. The big downside is that the hotel is in need of renovations. The room took me back to something out of the 1970's. The doors do not auto lock. It's still a key system. Also the damage deposit of $250 is the highest I've ever seen, even for every 5 star hotel.
